FUSEFUSE Launch

Terms of use

Last updated November 6, 2026

1. What FUSE is

FUSE is a software interface for the Solana blockchain. It lets you create tokens on, and trade tokens through, Raydium LaunchLab and other public on-chain programs that FUSE does not own or control. FUSE does not hold your funds, does not take custody of tokens, and cannot reverse, cancel or refund any transaction.

2. Your wallet, your responsibility

Wallets are controlled by you. The built-in FUSE wallet stores an encrypted key in your browser; if you lose your password and recovery phrase, nobody can restore access. Never share your recovery phrase or private key. Check every address before you send funds.

3. Risks

  • Tokens created on FUSE are made by users, not by FUSE. FUSE does not review, endorse or vouch for any token, creator or project.
  • Most of these tokens are highly speculative and can lose all of their value within minutes. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
  • Prices move fast. Slippage, failed transactions and network congestion can cause losses.
  • Smart contracts, wallets and networks can contain bugs or be attacked.
  • Holding a token gives you no claim on FUSE, on any creator, or on any revenue.

4. No advice

Nothing on FUSE is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Charts, statistics, badges, rankings and labels are informational only and may be wrong or delayed. Make your own decisions.

5. Fees

Trades on the bonding curve pay a fee of 1.50%: 0.25% to the Raydium protocol, 0.50% to the token's creator and 0.75% to FUSE. Network fees and any priority fee you choose are paid to the Solana network. Fees are taken by the on-chain program and are not refundable.

6. Who may use FUSE

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use these services where you live. You may not use FUSE if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or where using it would be against the law. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and for any taxes you owe.

7. Prohibited use

Do not use FUSE to deceive others (for example fake projects or impersonation), to manipulate markets, to launder money, to infringe others' rights, or to attack the service. We may hide content or tokens from the FUSE interface at our discretion; this does not affect anything on the blockchain.

8. No warranty, limited liability

FUSE is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUSE and its team are not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data arising from your use of the service, from third-party programs, or from the blockchain itself.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use FUSE means you accept the current terms.
